David [and his team] played an integral role in our Church and Schools Capital Expansion Program, including a 22,000 SF classroom building. His knowledge and expertise supporting the initial goal setting, programming, and schematic design reviews led to a project that was under-budget, delivered ahead of schedule and contained many unique and innovative design features. The City of Scottsdale review process is daunting...which is especially critical since our site is on the Shea Scenic Corridor.
